#5 Challange - Create Forgiveness

The challenge is to create forgiveness today. Let go of resentment for someone...or even for yourself. Repeat out loud and in your mind:
I easily forgive myself and others.
Whether or not you make restitution does not matter for this challenge. The act of honestly forgiving in your heart will cause a shift powerful enough to make a difference. Restitution MAY be your plus ONE, however. So, be open to what comes from your heart.
